We are committed to delivering the products to the customer within a maximum of three working days, provided that the pieces are delivered from the store to the site representative. In case of a delay in delivering the pieces from the store to the site representative, the customer will be notified of either canceling the order or delay in delivery, taking into account the working hours policy of each store, as well as national holidays and official vacations in the Kingdom of Bahrain. We provide secure payment methods that include payment through Benefit, Credimax, or cash on delivery. The customer will be contacted through WhatsApp before the order is delivered. The delivery time of the orders will be in the evening period daily. Returns: The customer has the right to exchange or return the goods in the following cases: If the item does not match the specifications mentioned on the website. If the order is delayed, and the customer is not notified of the delay. If there are defects in the item or if its natural condition has changed. If a different item is delivered than the one ordered. Incorrect products, which include any of the points mentioned in the previous paragraph, will be refunded or replaced within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the customer sends a request for replacement through email.
